John Murphy: I am delighted to interview Leadership Expert and Author, Lolly Daskal, who has written the brilliant “The Leadership Gap: What Gets Between You and Your Greatness” which is available now for ordering.

Within each of these archetypes there is the forceful characteristic that propels us forward. However, within that same archetype there is the “shadow” mindset that can undo all that forward momentum. That is the gap!
